First let me say that I am not a fan of insurance companies as a whole but I have come to grips with them being a need. This agency makes doing business with Nationwide an absolute pleasure. They are extremely customer service oriented. I recently experienced a rate increase and was thinking about shipping my options but this agency is one of the reasons I stayed!
